  My 1st and last experience was not what I expected. I was referred to this company by my realtor And was told to do an application..This was done close to 2yrs ago. Long story short ,Speaking with Ms.Shannon was not as pleasant...very dry. When I spoke with Ms. Shannon today, I informed her that my credit had been recently pulled and I was told I had a 30day window to have other lenders to look at my scores without pulling or hurting my credit. Ms. Shannon replied to me that she didn't know and that she wasn't the credit Bureau. I expected the conversation to go a little bit better and to be more encouraging.. I did not receive that. All in all I am glad that you guys had a great experience And congratulations to you guys on your new homes.

  Ms. Bailey, I am so sorry that you are upset I truly am. Unfortunately as a mortgage lender we are not allowed to use another mortgage companies credit report to pre approve you for a mortgage we have to pull our own report. I'm not qualified to give credit advice as to how many points your credit score will drop with each credit pull so I didn't want to give you incorrect information. I apologize that you are upset but as always I'm available if you need anything at all.

  Shannon’s team worked efficiently to get our mortgage cleared to close in a short time! The whole team was on top of communication and quick to answer our many questions along the way! We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the home buying process!

  I bought my second house with fairway and I used Shannon and her team. By far it was easier than buying a car. I am a very impatient person and they was right here by my side the whole way. Any questions or concerns was a simple text ,email or phone call and they had the answer. I am sure they are many places you can go to get the process done but I beleive you will not find a better and nice team than these guys and girls . Give Shannon a call she will take care of you .
