  I have had 2 refinancing done by Trent . His performance as my loan broker was way above my expectation. He knows his trade very well he never ask dummy question and he does not give you false hope to get your business. He is very honest, attentive, and professional. He provided me same level of attention from the time I submitted the application until the time escrow document is signed. The important thing was, he was able to get me the lowest rate in the market. I am a senior citizen and during span of my life, I procured more than 12 loans either for refinancing or purchasing properties. The service Trent provided me was unique and memorable.

  Trent Ford is straightforward, transparent and no nonsense from beginning to end. He knows what the customer wants and dives right into it. Others ask a lot of irrelevant questions and try to switch you from this to that. I refinanced my house with Trent after shopping around.
