  Savannah was so helpful in finding us an investment property in the Hudson Valley. We were looking for awhile and we finally found one in Ulster County. She is the best agent around, hands down. She was a tough negotiator and won us the bid when there were many MANY other offers. I would highly recommend her.

  The time with Savannah was great. We are new home buyers and were very nervous going into the whole process but she was able to put us at ease with her experience. She answered any and every question. She quickly got a feel for the types of house were interested in and showed us our house we closed on in a few months of meeting her. Overall, it was a great experience and 100% would recommend her services to anyone!!

  I've been working with Savannah on and off for about a year and a half looking for a home upstate. I decided to stay in Staten Island but working with her was always fun and I learned so much about the process. She was always very responsive and polite. Not many realtors you feel are on your side. Savannah is genuine and sincere, someone I could really trust. I would highly recommend her.

  Where do i start with describing the incredible job Savannah did for us. From day 1 she made time for viewings and questions like we've all know each other for years. Her advise helped guide us to our dream house , especially in this absolutely insane market. If it wasn't for Savannah and her suggestions and advise, we probably wouldn't have won our offer ( and by probably i mean there was no way). Her experience allowed us to make our dream of owning a home a reality. If youre looking for a realtor who isn't going to just treat you like a number, but instead like a person who values your opinion and everything you're looking for, Savannah is who you want.
