I went there to get a medallion signature and was “helped” by Nancy Cassall. After comparing my experience there with the DMV I have to say the DMV was infinitely better. Ms. Cassall was extremely condescending and nasty. I was the only patron in the bank and she said several times she had an appointment and couldn’t help me. She was The worst !!!! Avoid if possible!!!

Only one (1) person works there. To open an account you need an appointment, which I wasn't even told when I called to ask about opening an account. Meanwhile I had to stand behind an unmasked guy for 10 minutes who wanted to fondle various currencies while waiting to find this out from the, again I can't stress this enough, one (1) employee.

Go to ANY OTHER BANK. Do NOT use Chase! They are the absolute worst. Try M&T, really anyone else. A loan shark, frankly would be more professional. THE WORST.

Avoid. The local staff struggle with even basic transactions such as cash withdrawals. They’ll lock you out of your account by mistake and then blame computers. They’ll also get you with all kinds of unneeded fees. Do yourself a favor and bank local instead.

Was there a few weeks ago, to cash my check for bus fare. Had to wait much too long, one teller for both drive-thru and for in-branch transactions. Ridiculous! Plus, central air conditioning was out, has been for several years, from what teller said. Manager much too cheap to repair equipment that MIGHT benefit all. Transaction was completed. Did NOT make me feel like a valued customer, as a few other branches have.

If you like to pay extra fees upon fees to a corporate overlord and lose your hard-earned money to your bank then this is the bank for you.
