  I worked with Steve and he was fantastic! My home building process took over a year to complete and during this while process Steve took his time in making sure that everything was consistently done. He was very available, patient with my questions, and never forgot about me during the year. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and I would totally recommend his services to anyone looking for great service!

  Our loan officer, Luke Stevenson, was incredible throughout the entire process. We first engaged Luke and Alcova awhile back on a house offer. We didn’t get the initial house and extended our search for quite a few months. Luke checked in regularly, just to see how we were doing. After a few failed attempts, we had our offer accepted. Our loan had a few quirks and less than 30 days to close. Luke, Holly and the Alcova team made it happen with ease. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

  To make this review short and to the point, I had the privilege of working with Cristina and she not only made the process of buying a home a smooth one (first time home buyer), she also was very responsive and was diligent in updating me frequently throughout the phases of the loan approval process. Buying a home and getting a loan to do so is typically a nerve wracking experience which is the average normal experience you read about but Cristina was sure to put my anxiety and worries to rest. I will certainly be recommending Cristina at ALCOVA Mortgage to others in the future for home mortgage assistance.
