  I decided to follow up on a promotion that I received through the postal mail system. The location is great for Somerville and Cambridge locals alike and the environment is professional, the staff members are courteous as well. I recommend you visit their home site to see which products fit well with your livelihood.

  The have the worst customer service. One of the banker racial profile me. I felt very uncomfortable, they are racist.

  First of all I was never informed that a $10 monthly fee would be applied. Secondly it was a really lengthy process to close the account. The person who handled closing would not give me a check, and I had to again wait in line again for the teller. Unfortunately they don’t seem to communicate with each other although I was told it should be “all set”. The teller seemed confused when I told him that I needed a check since I just closed the account. He told me to talk to others to close the account first.... disorganized and little communication

  This bank has to employ the rudest tellers I have ever encountered in all my years of banking.Anyone dealing with the general public needs to be polite, friendly and not a crab. No one has the right to be rude for no reason. Rude behavior is unacceptable; there is no excuse. I recently moved and opened an account online. Waiting on my debit card to arrive in the mail resulted in me having to make a some rare visits to a branch to withdraw some cash. Unfortunately this is the closest branch to my work location. Each of my three visits I have been helped by three different tellers and two out of three were very rude. One of them I asked if my debit card had arrived and with my ID in her hand she asked me three times what was my name in a very sarcastic manner. I don't know why it made me feel very uncomfortable to be asked my name three times while your holding my drivers license in your hand.

  I don't even know where to start in explaining how bad my experience has been with this bank. A bunch a hustlers at this Central Square branch but Santander as a whole has antiquated systems for a bank in these days. Hopefully they will be swallowed by a real financial institution soon. I'm ending my association with them as soon as they open tomorrow.

  Frequently both ATM machine out of order. When they load money at ATM machine they should load one at a time. ATM room's door also frequently doesn't open at evening and night time. In one year- three times I had to use other Bank's ATM. End up paying close to $18fees.

  Not to beat adead horse but my review has to be the same as the rest very rude people very inconsiderate I don't carry my ATM card gave them my ID rudely asked how come I didn't carry my card it made their lives so much easier. I work all over the state visit Sunday Banks everywhere this is the only one I've ever had that comment made unfortunately I'm working in the area and this is the closest Branch now 1 talladay had that was pleasant since you've been moved along

  Lost my keys in their bathroom man and the teller LIED to me telling me they're not there. Smh. Dishonest, rude people. Avoid this place.
