  I’ve gone in few times during the day for basic services. Staff friendliness and helpfulness is hit or miss. The ATMs in the front are a nice feature and are open outside of business hours.

  I tried to walk in at 11am on a Wednesday and they were closed. If you're not going to be open during non-business hours, at least be open during business hours! Staff there was very helpful on my previous visits however.

  Went there to open an account with my partner. Everything was super easy and quick with our appointment. Big shout out to Atabak Abhari Laleh who was the BoA employee helping us today - amazing guy who should probably be the manager there.

  People were friendly but frustratingly slow... two-finger typing, asking for my SSN 5 times (I counted, and they had me write it down on a post-it note the last time), system going offline in the middle leading to them asking for all of my information a second time, etc. A process they said would take 15 minutes took me over 50, and I couldn't even complete it. Facilities are nice but go in there with a very cool head.

  Some staff members are good and very helpful but others are ignorant. Bank of America call center provided me better service on phone than in person service at this branch

  Stars to the kind woman who helped me. 0 stars to the bank that charges monthly fees without alerting their customers. Switching to SoFi - no fees and automatic interest payments on acct balances.

  After being sucked in for 28 years by greedy bank of America, I finally closed my business and tenant escrow accounts with them. For small business owners out there, Chase is coming to MA next month. They have the best rates for Merchant processings and offer unlimited trades (for IRA and brokerage accounts) to their private clients. How does it feel BAC when one of your best clients pull out 1.5 M dollar out of the accounts?

  Great place to get some daydreaming done, whether you're a customer or a teller. Bring a snack to tide you over. If your prone to getting pissed about terrible service, drive to Belmont to do your bank of America business. This place is a disaster otherwise. The five star rating individuals are employed here
