      This bank is great. I always get professional customer service. They're always there for anything I need. If they are a bit slow in drive up I've noticed that they take care of the lobby too. These times are trying so I understand. Excellent bank excellent service!!!

      The employees are very customer oriented and friendly. Very careful. I love them. In particular Michelle at the East Main Street branch. She makes you feel at ease.

      I was satisfied with my visit.. not completely because I have to call to get a seperate card for my savings and the password that was given to me was too complicated to read. I thought the O was a 0 but now I don't have access to my online bank account either. :/ other than that, it was a great visit.

      This is the slowwwwwwest bank I've ever been too and it just seems to be getting worse! I've been sitting in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me for no lie 18 mins, whattttt TF how is that even possible?? Worst and slowest bank ever!!!!

      Completely not recommended they took money from my account that the ATM never gave me and I have been in the process of claiming for more than a month and they have not been able to resolve my case they do not want to return my money horrible I do not recommend it at all.:(
