  Samantha the new manager at Liberty Tax here is the most intelligent young girl doing taxes I ever did see !!! Very knowledgeable!!!   The place is with new owners !!! The new manager Samantha is very sweet a nice girl and very smart !!! I go to see Samantha for my taxes today and she was very informative and helped me to find an issue with account.. I recommend her for all my friends and family she is the best tax person I’ve met yet !!!

  Ughhh ..Where do I start.. Nothing but a nightmare with this place. I will be filing a compliant with the IRS form 14157 for failure to provide a copy of my return. I am not even confident my 2018 return was mailed to the IRS. Have called numerous times and each time was told I would receive a call back never received a call back except once from Samantha on Feb 15 saying" I will mail your copy this evening" still nothing over a month later. Called yesterday was told I would get an email with my copy still nothing. DO NOT GO HERE TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

  Samantha is AMAZING!!!! I went there and I was nervous bc it was my first time filing taxes and she made me feel real comfortable and she made the process real easy! plus shes a good vibe and funny!
