  It never fails it’s always something wrong with either one or both of the machines. And it either not accepted checks or not accepting any deposits or both machines are down . ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING AND ITS Huge INCONVENIENCE ALL THE TIME. And it’s the bank in the mall they should not operate like that. That branch really need to get it together. I’m so close to going elsewhere and a lot of other people that was upset as well said this is regular and they are tired of it. Hopefully everyone else will take the time out to write a review and management will do better because this is becoming the norm and it’s unacceptable..

  Very nice and friendly ladies work there. I'm from California. Was transit in Connecticut. They helped me to get some paperwork from my BofA account. Thank you!

  Horrible customer service. is this a bank or a nail salon? The tellers spend more time in the front looking at each others cell phones and gabbing with mall security than helping people in line to actually bank. There would be a line out the mall, with one older teller with glasses actually working, and the rest will be outside talking. This isn't a professional, legitimate business. This is a joke.

  Don't bank with these crooks! My husband went in to close his account down and the teller said that she closed it, but never did. So each month they kept tacking on fee after fee on an account that was supposed to be closed. Beware! Make sure you get documentation.

  Well, I guess this is my local branch now. Great so now I have to drive out of my way to the Mall to get cash. On the up side they have an ATM that can read your phone so you can get cash without getting out your card. How their customer service is remains to be seen.

  Been to BOA diff branches with an account related issue at least 5 times to a point was abt to close the account to be done with it.was assisted by Erika Martinez she was excellent and solved the issue in less than 15 mins! Great service

  Very nice experience, and excellence staff. My husband and I opened a new account and Maria were very kind and attentive to us. I will recommend my friends banking with Bank of America.

  If I could've given 0 stars I would've. This is a bad representation of the Bank of America brand. I highly suggest you get someone competent to run this branch and hopefully their work ethic rubs off on those who work there or replace everyone who works there.

  The ladies in the bank are very professional and very helpful they have a personal banker who goes above and beyond to see what she can do to help
