  Terrible service the woman with curly hair who was trying to help my dad was so rude to me for no reason she told me to step out side for everyone safety what does that supposed to mean? Absolutely unprofessional!

  It's hard to find a bank open at 8 am. It's even harder to find a teller as sweet and engaging from the early morning as Elsa W. I don't normally care about how bad a teller is, I get it, it's a business. But Elsa went the extra distance to make my morning visit pleasant. I am really thankful to her and the bank.

  I had to make a deposit for someone at this bank........I had to wait online for over 20 minutes just to make a deposit...... ONLY two tellers......I dont understand why the long wait.....You would think the private bankers who sit behind the desk and stare at the computer would pitch in to help.......The teller had the nerve to ask me do I bank here.....I said thank goodness I don't.....I told her I am good and I will continue to stay with my existing bank.......

  Worst experience ever ! Iv been banking for several years now and I am not statisfied with the new faces. Managers are getting worser. Dario Rosales is the Branch Manger for this location which honestly I don’t think he knows what he is doing. He looked confused and was not helpful at all. Seems like to me he has no experience as a Manager. Santander needs to hire qualified people especially for a branch manager role.

  I went on Monday 12th March n The cashier name farina Choudhry was super rude n horrible no manners n no hello no thank u nothing. They don’t have any professionalism. Garbage n that cashier name Choudhry was horrible. They should learn manners. Chase is the best.!
