      Horrible experience! I went saturday at 9am. To open an checking account. After an hour to speak with a employee, she said maybe is because its Martin Luther King Day day ,monday, please can you come wednesday, she had commission so, we agreed to come wednesday. ... so we agreed to come Wednesday for her to have a commission . We took hours from our jobs, and guess what... still no news,.. we wait an hour and no news. I said I prefer to go to another bank because if an employee needed an answer and she didn't hear from them in 5 days... if I need help they never will answer. Dont go to this bank!!ever!!! Guess what... I went to Chase and I opened a checking acc. Right away🖕
