  Every time I go to the cliffside park location l, it is always close. Today I went to that location and they closed the bank because the system was down. I went lo the Fort Lee location and they were open and the system was down as well. They helped me with my deposit directing me to the ATM. I think they don’t want to work because the are always closed. Cliffside Park is always closed. Unacceptable.

  Terrible bank In Cliffside Park I went today to get important documents out of the safe deposit box it was closed sign says temporarily closed I called wellsfargo main office they don’t even know they are closed in Cluffside Park Nj they said go to another branch what idiots the safe deposit is in Cliffside Park if I was you I would pull your money out they can close at anytime they don’t even notify you I’m calling the banking commission half hour on the phone to talk to someone how do you close a bank without notification and the main office knows nothing scary they will close and keep your money

  Worst bank ever , work with them to refinance my property they waste my time , im really blaming my self choosing this kind of banks , service bad , dont answer the call, they assign a lady from arizona with different timezone , she all the time asking to send her same files for 2,3 times , then underwriter said we dont believe , they give mortgage's according to there believes not to what they receive doc.

  Visit Wells Fargo Cliffside park today, Very bad customer service Manager very arrogant There is always a customer line and Only 1 person helping customer To make 1 deposit, you have to wait 30 to 45 m And then as clients we have to put up with the arrogance of the managers, This is something that has made me change bank Valley bank is 2 blocks away.

  Called and asked for details on a safety deposit box. My question was "what do I need to open a safety box?." The man on the phone says to me $80 for the year and that's for a small box. I asked again is that all that I need and he said yes. I drive to their location and the customer service person says I need to.open a checking account and have minimal $1500 with no fees. Great tactics on trying to sell accounts. With all of the banks available for business, I wouldn't open an account here even if it were the last bank on earth. I would put my money under a mattress. Wells Fargo, do you think people have nothing better to do than to visit your location for some low ball sales pitch? Your tactics are unprofessional. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I am not a customer or a client of your bank. There are no concerns. Good business goes a long way as you can see. Perhaps I could have been a customer if you would have been honest over the phone and then there asked me if you can offer me a better banking option than my current bank. I'm sure you have the resources to send under cover customers to this bank to see how they are doing business. I'm not sending you any personal information. End.

  Do not use the financial adviser associated with this and several other branches ! We put a lot of money in a brokerage account with express instructions not to buy till we said OK. He knew we were waiting for the bond prices to go down. As soon as I moved the money into the account he purchased without permission. The bonds have been dropping ever since. We are well into a 5 figure loss and heading for 6 figures. We have tried contacting his boss many times but only get a machine. He never returns the call. Don't give control of your money to him ! They are bad news Tom

  It's s good bank, just the experience I had with this branch make me switch to another bank, always something, a quick visit to get some cash for example turn in a several hours nightmare, remembering that it's my money on my personal account, and that happened more then twice.

  Great staff. But atm is always out of order for deposit. ALLWAYS broken for deposit. Try fort lee or north Bergen not cliffside
