      Immediately after depositing my check, the ATM suddenly SHUT DOWN on me and DIDN'T RETURN MY CHECK. There was nothing the representatives could do except give me the phone number for customer service. I had to go through the trouble of calling their customer service which was honestly horrendous since I was TRANSFERRED 4 TIMES until they finally put me in contact with the right department and resolved the issue. What a big waste of time.
