Felaly Anim4Neat banking hall. Good customer service but sometimes the waiting time can be very long. I witnessed an elderly woman leave the banking hall because she could not wait anymore and was very disheartened by that. The bank alerts customers promptly whenever they suspect that something weird is happening with an account.

Ray turner1Had them for 7 years went into add 3 NEW accounts and the lady who was helping me and their help line was not educated on business account setup. This has caused me to swtich banks and a loss of time and added stress and inconvenience that did not have to happen.

Ally Ally1Unreal! This is the third time I had to close a Santander account (the last one lasted 1 week). There's a older female teller (Yasmin or something like that name), at the Holbrook branch, who loves to call out your address, and bank balance loud enough for folks in line to hear. What the hell is wrong with you people?! I asked her to stop doing that, and she would would rather argue than apologize. Is this the twilight zone or what?!

David Factor1THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF TRYING TO USE THEIR ATM. I TRIED TO GET $20 OUT AND IT SAID THAT THE BILLS COULD NOT BE DISPENSED. I TRIED AGAIN AND IT SAID THE SAME THING. WHEN I LOOKED IN MY ACCOUNT IT SAID I HAD PLENTY OF MONEY BUT THEY WITHDREW BOTH TRANSACTIONS FORM MY ACCOUNT INCLUDING SERVICE FEES WITHOUT GIVING ME THE MONEY. WHEN I TOLD THE MAN AT THE COUNTER, THE COMPANY MADE ME FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK WHICH TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS. IN OTHER WORDS THEY STOLE MY MONEY INSTEAD OF DISPENSING IT AND WOULDN'T GIVE IT BACK. THERE ATM IS FAULTY AND I AM OUT 46.50. THIS IS LIKE SOME BIZARRO WORLD. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT AT FAULT AND DID NOTHING WRONG, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT. WHO HAS 46.00 THEY CAN JUST GIVE AWAY?
