I'm been generous with 2 stars, I got a home loan from citizens and I must say the process was horrible very slow, 6 years later I'm trying to get a HELOC to finish a project and nothing has change. I wanted to stay local oh boy I regret it, I should of listen to the wife, poor service, underwriting department very slow, poor customer service to say the least . worst bank to go for a loan unless you you want mediocre service. will never do business with them anymore.
