Take it from someone who has always been a "under the mattress" type of person! This bank isn't out to scam you and call it fine print. They're upfront and fair..

Michael Cox1Went in to open a new checking account because I recently moved. The RMV does not issue you a new license when you move, you just update with them online and write your new address on the back of your old license, so it's no surprise that a bank would want to see other identification to open a new account. These clowns ask if I have a copy of my electric bill or something that shows my name with my new address. I go to open my electric bill on my phone and the girl goes to ask her manager if she can accept it. The manager says no, it has to be a paper copy. I, like many, use paperless billing so I only receive my bill via email. Guess I'll be using another bank until these guys enter the 21st century.

Larry Mahurin1After waiting 15 minutes to find out I could not get my ATM card replaced I was sent to the Belmont location where I waited another 15 minutes and I had the same issue I had to leave early from work to try to get this done and got no sympathy
