      I have to wait two hours to see a branch representative... just to have a Paper copy of my statement mailed to my updated address. Which I updated in the app, but because of how user unfriendly the app is, I have to still wait just to get a single statement mailed. Might not be the fault of the norwood office itself, but as a company. Plus, I've had postdated issues with purchases and charges on my account. Find another bank.

      Ive had my acct. For 5yrs n overdraft on occasion n they always taken if off for me so great job..well a few weeks ago it happened again n they helped me as usual..then my dog died...n my memory just out the window totally screwed up my acct. So I went down n talked to the manager (the tellers were so nice) and the manager listened to my situation Michael R. he said lets take a look...n to my surprise he straightened my acct. out ..would have costed me way more than i could afford..and messed up my bills next month..TY!! I'll never leave this bank they helped above and beyond! Had compassion for me n thats something rare..

      Terrible experience!!!!! Mike Anderson and the manager Kevin "helped" me to open up a Business Account, in the process they convinced me that I had to have 3 separate accounts for my business, one was payroll account , one was money services and the other my operating account, I told them that I don't need the payroll one since I have no employees it doesn't make sense but they proceeded to tell me that it was necessary to open the account so I went ahead and agreed. Then Kevin the manager comes over and starts talking about a Credit Card for the business and if I would like to apply for one, I knew my credit was bad and I would get denied and also get a hard inquiry on my credit report but Kevin said that it wouldn't go against my credit report and he also said since my credit was bad to have Mike check to see if I was pre-selected for the card and he said that I was, now here's where I asked Kevin what does that mean if I'm pre-selected and he told me "if your pre-selected you have greater chance to be approved around 60-70% chance that you will be approved." Of course I was denied and it's a hard inquiry on my credit report now, thanks Kevin.. the biggest issue I have is with Mike, I opened my account on a Tuesday, before I left he said I will start the process for you online banking and you should receive the password and login info by the end of the day. So I waited Untill the next day and figured what the hell just wait Untill Thursday it will surely be in the email by then, of course I was wrong again. So I called Mike and he tells me "oh I had some issues getting the online banking process started Tuesday so I got it done Wednesday, and you should get your info in 24-48 hrs" ...... I mean what the hell man I had no access to my money because you couldn't do what you were supposed to and what you told me you were going to do, and on top of all that I had to pay all my bills that Friday. So with no access to my account I waited and waited for the email but it never came, so Saturday morning I decided to call customer service and guess what the man told me about my online banking info, he said Mike input the wrong email into the system..... WOW was my response and I was super pissed off at that point but the gentleman helped me get all my info and said that that was a very careless mistake on Mikes part and for me as a customer not to be able to access my account for an emergency was very unacceptable. I also went to my local branch today in Nashua NH on Amherst street, where they told me that what they did was very unprofessional and unnacceptable and apologized on their part, Mike and Kevin have not even reached out to see if everything was taken care of and if I got all my info, I'm just very disappointed that people like Mike and Kevin are a Manager material and the service they provided was way below par...Gotta say I hope you guys read this and you both are clowns, thanks for nothing!!!

      I came out twice to this location and I waited 45 minutes just conduct a regular business transaction , the line is out the door as they only have one teller , very poor customer service , I will never ever go back to this place again

      Horrible experience at Norwood branch ... deceiving promotions, be ware of them. Just go a cross the street to the other well established great reviewed bank!
