      Santander as a whole is a complete disaster. I can't get them to send me my debit card. Twice now they've claimed to have sent it to my address and it has not come. This branch offered to call the same 800 number and do what I've already done twice. That's the best they can do. Working on closing my account now and never looking back

      I opened an account with Santander Bank last August, and I am completely satisfied. This branch is conveniently located, and I have been there now on four occasions without incident. Looking forward to continuing to do business with this branch throughout the foreseeable future. Thank you.

      They gave me quarters three times in a row. Now they claim I need an account to get quarters. Apparently, they never want me to change banks. If they had, they would continue to be kind and help out. But they are no longer useful to me. Like for real it's quarters for landry, stop being stingy I had the cash.

      The worst bank ever. I went there a few times to cash some checks. The tellers need to be re trained. They always harass you to open an account, go back and forth to cash an stupid check. I made sure my BF closed his account with them. They are rude. They think they’re making a favor to the customers. There are way too many banks to be dealing with this animals

      Quality should say "Worst.Bank.Ever." Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wasted TWO HOURS there, and got NOTHING accomplished. They were so slow, I thought I was.on the show Punk'd. They couldn't figure out from their computer system that I was the.beneficiary for my late mothers account, and even though I had the 3 forms you need to prove it, they had to call their internal CD department, and that group never answered the phone for 50 minutes of the 2 hours. I was so aggravated, I just left. My brother had the EXACT same thing done at another bank, with fewer forms, in literally 10 minutes. They even made me fill out a form for an account that had ZERO money in it They would make calls to other people in the bank, and no one would answer. This was all at 1 in the afternoon on a Thursday in an empty bank, which is undoubtedly empty because no one else uses this bank. HUGE waste of time. I would never trust them with my time or money again.

      Firstly, I feel the need to remind the general public that no one thinks to leave a good review for a bank. If the experience goes well, no review. Poorly, bad review. I was honestly a bit worried about going here because of the abysmal ratings. But they were fine. More than fine. Kind, courteous, efficient.

      beware...very rude and unprofessional. the manager has no common sense or people skills. this branch should be shut down and staff should be fired. i have never encountered such useless and incompetent people.

      30 minutes waiting just to drop off a form. Just the latest insult. If I wasn't worried about dinging the credit rating I would've kicked them to the curb ages ago. Much worse than my last bank.

      Waiting in line while people just walk around.... every time. This bank also never has money on the ATM's when you need it! I have not had a good experience here in the multiple times I have visited.
