      My wife and I own a small business and have been with Santander for years with business and personal accounts. We really appreciate the fact that they not only value our business but more importantly have treated us with genuine kindness and old fashioned values, professionalism every time we come in.       Extremely slow, I worked at a bank as a branch manager and I actually helped as a teller when needed. Again, this branch is painfully slow. There are assistant managers and a manager that could help fill in when needed.

      Never had an unpleasang experience. Usually, when you are pleasant and nice to employees, you get that back. Cant imagine any of them being nasty to someone who didnt deserve it

      This branch and the people who work there are wonderful but this bank is a nightmare I thought something more local would make difference and it did but not the way I thought. From holding YOUR money for well over a week, Fees, fraud, atm locations, accessibility, basically EVRYTHING about Santander is horrible. I had over 100 dollars stolen, and was feed another 20 for money a THIEF STOLE. I deposited a very large check and it took more than 10 days to be available they have atms available at CVS??!?!?! And their branch's and that is it. So very very disappointed with this bank and I will be shutting down my account the second my money is available.
