  I recently went in for refinancing my student loans. While doing the application I stated multiple times I am self employed. I was told that all I needed was to prove income from the past 2 months and that was sufficient to prove my income. So I went ahead with the application. Only to be denied because when you are self employed they go off of your last two tax returns nothing else. So I was either lied to directly or general incompetence of the person who helped me. Either way I am extremely disturbed that at a bank dealing with credit they have people employed who don’t know the most basic standard application guidelines set by the company they work for.

  Tired of waiting in 30 minute pluse lines you need a free standing bank in pottstown. Staff is great.

  Terrible customer service by phone. Called on and put on immediate hold. 52 minutes later I hung up.
