  My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with both Fred and Adam in our homeownership adventures the past few years and they are both so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional, and make the process less overwhelming and easy to understand.   We've been working with Fred for more than 10 years and have bought or refinanced a half dozen times. There's a reason we always go back.   We worked with Fred and Ryan to get our mortgage on our single family home. Fred also worked with my in-laws to get their mortgage. Fred is very responsive and very skilled at what he does. He knows exactly what information he needs from you in order for him to get you the best deal on a loan. Fred is an excellent broker to have on your side because once he has what he needs from you, the next time you hear from him will be when he has exactly what you were looking for. Ryan processed and closed our mortgage loan. He is also very skilled and knowledgeable about the process and was able to handle everything needed for us to close. I would recommend this team to anyone local or new to the area because they will work to get you the best loan you qualify for. We will be working with them again!

  I received a mortgage through Santa Fe Mortgage in February 2021. Santa Fe offers excellent customer service and will help you find the best mortgage available. Fred Bittle and his team are easy to get in contact with. They will talk to you practically any time of the day. You don't have to deal with the hassle of getting put on hold or making a far in advance appointment, as you would have to with a mortgage loan officer at a big bank or online company. Additionally, Fred knows the local market conditions. He understands property taxes, home insurance, and other factors which corporate mortgage companies are clueless about. Not only will Fred get you the lowest loan rate possible, but his loan estimate will be very exact given those local factors. Fred will calm any anxieties you may have and give you insight and straight answers. I initially did some comparison shopping with some online mortgage companies, but I quickly backed away from them and decided to go 100% with Santa Fe Mortgage and Fred Bittle. Buying a house is the largest purchase you will ever make. You definitely need to go with this local company. They bring years of expertise and that personalized support that is so essential.
