  I love the Lompoc branch so much! Everyone is always super friendly, and welcoming. Whether it's the tellers in person, drive thru, or sitting down and talking to someone, everyone has been super helpful. I even closed accounts at my other bank to move everything here! Definitely recommend!

  I went to open a checking account and it was fast and easy. The staff has great customer service and explained things well. They also don’t charge a monthly fee only if you receive paper statements but just enroll in online banking and switch to e-statements and there’s no fee. I highly recommend you bank with CoastHills!

  I've dealt with the 'big bank' chains, and had issues with almost every single one. Coast Hills has always treated my family pretty well, and they've been great to me, too. I especially love the mobile banking option, since I work nights, my employer doesn't offer direct deposit and I tend to be asleep during normal banking hours.

  after having them lock my card on me yesterday while trying to buy flowers for my mom on mothers day then spending one and half hours on hold to talk to someone to get it un-locked just to have them lock me out of my account today and to top it off they don't open till 12pm (my time) on Wednesdays before i can get that fixed. I am about to close this account and take my hard earned money somewhere else!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

  Customer service is lacking, be prepared to be charged a 15 convenience fee since the app locks and won’t let you make a payment. If you can shop some where please do!

  Hi, Isaac. For legal purposes, our policy does prevent online banking payments once the loan account is past due by 16 days or more. Thankfully, it is very easy to set up automatic recurring payments with no fee in both online banking and our mobile app to make sure you don’t accidentally forget about your due date. If you do anticipate that your payment will be late, please give us a call as soon as that becomes clear. Let’s work together and discuss some options.

  The Bankers and Tellers are always friendly, they assisted me when other banks would not and actually got to know me as a person not just some report. Thanks to them I am able to go on my Vacation with ease.

  Mr. Eddie Patlan, since you put me on blast, I am going to put you on blast. Do you normally make your customers wait in line to ask questions that you could have found out after I made a deposit? I think putting a teller in a position like that was selfish of you, just because you were angry that I would not call you back and threw a tantrum. I almost walked out without making a deposit. Well Mr. Patlan you just lost another member to Chime.

  I just love Coasthills everybody is so friendly and I have almost all my loans through them and I just cannot say enough about this bank I have never enjoyed a bank like I do this one and I feel very fortunate that we have this bank. Thank you kim
