  Keep trying to give them benefit of the doubt, but this credit union acts like they don't want anyone who is employed in a 9-5 job to bank with them. Can not believe that NONE Of the branches have late hours, not even on Friday. When I started with them, they had late hours downtown on both Mondays and Fridays, now they use the "excuse" of Covid to cut services. Last time I tried doing an ATM deposit, after discovering them closed, the machine ate my check and gave no receipt. I had to go in on Saturday morning to fix it. Of course there is NO way to leave a message after they close, despite ONLY being allowed to leave message when open since they never answer the phone. To top it all off, when attempting to contact them through their website, it gives a "404 not found" message.

  Dear Roberta, you are correct that we do not offer any evening hours in the branches. Our Soquel and Watsonville branches are open on Saturday's and if you have an ATM card it can be used wherever a CO-OP Network emblem is visible.   I do all my banking with SCCCU. Jasmine is always proactive in providing me with the best rates and services available for my financial needs. Whenever I stop in everyone is pleasant and professional.

  Jasmine from Santa Cruz branch is amazing always takes care of me. Wouldn’t wanna bank anywhere else thanks Santa Cruz community bank !!

  EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Jazmín Fruto has a huge attitude over the office she should definitely be fired. If I could rate 0 stars i would.

  My experience in that place was very bad, the manager called Jasmine is very rude and made fun of me when I told her that they had charged me at the Watsonville branch to grab my statements, she also raised her voice and wouldn't let me speak . This person lacks professionalism, I think he lacks good training in how to treat people.
