He spent the time to help educate us on our options weighing the pros and cons so we could make the best loan decision for us.   I worked with Ben and he helped me with the purchase of my first home which was a new build here in Vegas. He is very responsive to emails and calls and just very knowledgeable about the home buying process. As this was my first time buying a home I knew absolutely nothing and Ben was able to explain everything. He was also very on top of everything even more so than the builder was. Don't feel pressured into using the builder's lender. I was able to save a lot more in closing cost and my monthly payment ended up being a lot lower working with Ben. Thank you so much!

  My journey with Ben started in 2011. Although my credit wasn't ready for me to purchase at that time, Ben pointed out some areas for me to work on. After following his suggestions and a lot of credit clean up, in 2015 I finally thought I was ready. I again contacted Ben and after running my credit he verified.... I was indeed ready! He was very professional, punctual, and caring. Within 60 days, I was a homeowner! I would recommend him to EVERYONE! Thank you Ben!
