Omg, I wished I read these reviews before decided to applied for a home loan. The loan officer does not acknowledged ours emails and texts messages, I feel so disrespectful, and disappointed she said by Monday 04/11/ I could receive a call and the aprove letter. I might have to go with a different lender because One Nevada doesn't care about me. The loan officer does not keep me updated at all and it's causing me to have enxienty with the unknown expectation.

      Response from the owner

Hi Edna - We understand that one of our loan officers recently contacted you regarding this issue. We hope that you were happy with the resolution as well as the service provided.

I'm experiencing the same thing. The loan officer I'm working with isn't returning calls or emails. I'm not expecting anyone to spend hours on the phone or to write an in depth email but a brief acknowledgement that they have received the requested documents that I sent and that the loan is moving forward would be nice. I've experienced this lack of communication with the mortgage department and credit card department before and swore I would never do business here again but they quoted me the best rate. Sometimes it might be worth paying a little bit more to work with a professional organization. Things improved shortly after this review, kicking it up a couple stars.

      Response from the owner

They never call back. My house is selling next week and all I need is the prequal letter that they approved me for. I have called several times and left messages and still no one calls. I went with another lender that actually cares about his clients . I would highly advise you to stay away from here if you want to keep your sanity. I have never dealt with a BUSINESS that NEVER answers the phone, nor calls you back. At my job I always answer the phone and am always listen and attend to people needs because that is my job. SMH

      Response from the owner

We understand your frustration, Deirdre. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your contact info, best time to reach you, and a description of your situation, and we'll be in touch. We look forward to your e-mail.

Lack Of Communication, Some Days I Get Calls Answered Or Emails Then Sometimes It’s Impossible. I Thought This Was A Better Way And Enjoy That First Time Home Buying Experience But This Hasn’t Been “Exciting” Or Even An Ok Experience. Don’t Expect Someone To Be On The Phone With Me To Hear My Life Story But If I Have Questions Or Concerns I At Least Expect To Get Some Type Of Response. Not Days Without Hearing A Call Or Email Back . While The Banking Experience Had Been Beyond Great . The Home Buying Experience Hasn’t At All .

      Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback, Juan. If you are still having issues contacting your loan officer, please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of your concerns. Thank you!

After application started, zero return calls, took almost a month and 2 incorrect disclosures to get the correct rate lock, and they had not even moved forward with the rest of the application. Had to call 3 different numbers to try to talk with management, who also never answered the phone and had to leave messages to try to get answers and updates since everything took a week or more complete. The worst mortgage experience I have ever been involved with, so I emailed underwriter to cancel application.

Hello Everyone, Because of the low interest rates and their low closing costs, they are overloaded with loans. I would suggest all agents do not put 30 day close. Always ask the loan officer before making your own decision on closing. I am working with Kenneth Hughes, he told me from the beginning of my buyer's loan to put 45 days. He's a pleasure to work with. Arlene Williams Broker/Owner Vanquish Realty

      Response from the owner

Thank you for the fantastic review, Arlene. We are so glad that Kenneth was able to help your client with their purchase and provide excellent service.

My elderly parents wanted to refi back in 2016. Roger White was their "loan officer" and he was absolutely HORRIBLE! Never called them back. My parents were MORE than qualified but because they already had an existing loan, the "credit Union" didn't want to refi at a lower rate for fear of losing money. They wasted so much time (years) until unfortunately my father passed away. They are crooks! The absolute worst financial institution in this valley. Don't ever do business with them unless you enjoy having your time wasted and your feelings hurt.

Got a pre-approval online, then an email telling me who was my assigned contact. I emailed the person asking ONE question. Received a voicemail telling me they had emailed me. Email didn't answer my question, but wanted to know when they could call back. I replied with times and offered to talk in person as well. Crickets. A week has passed... no call.... no email.... nothing. I'll take this as a sign of things to come and seek out a more adept company.
