  Its a bank.they are a small business and not perfect but they have always fixed what ever the issue was and they are very kind and courteous while doing so. What do you expect. For yall giving 1 stars go ahead and bring me your money ill stuff it in my matress.

  I was forced to give them 1 star!. Do not ever try and get a loan to buy a home from this Credit Union! They just ruined two deals, by stringing along 2 sets of Buyer's and Sellers. They would not communicate with the Real Estate Agents who were trying to communicate with their clients. The lender swore he was being transparent when in reality the whole deal was a sham! The CEO would ignore our phone calls! They would not return phone calls to help update the status of the loan. These two would not accept any blame for this deal falling through. At least call or communicate! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

  I've been with them 8 yrs. Whenever I come to the drive through I'm normally there for no less than 15 minutes because it takes forever to be seen and helped. They have taken money out of not only my account, but from my sisters without permission! They made a mistake by accidentally taking money out of someone's account instead of my sisters and made her pay it back! Instead of fixing their own mistake. I've never had a bank that I distrust as much as this one!

  They keep locking my card. I can't spend money without my card being locked. Just tried to pay a few bills today to find out my card or my account is locked. It wouldn't have been an issue if I would have gotten a phone call letting me know my account is locked for whatever reason this time. I think I'm getting my financial things in order and switching banks, I'm tired of every other month my card or my account gets locked, then I have to wait until the weekend is over to see why they locked my account in the first place. This is just ridiculous.

  If you want a great experience with friendly service where they get to know you and not just an account number. You must check them out. They go above and beyond. They help you get what you want and if their is a better alternative they will let you know. Love this bank very personable and friendly

  The staff is very friendly and most helpful. We applied for and were approved for a construction loan, which we had never done before and the conversion to a permanent loan has been going nicely. Everyone involved in the process has been very kind and patient. We are very happy that we found SJMCU!

  These people are great! They have always been very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I will always choose a local credit union over a national bank.

  Great place to get an account or car loan etc. The people who work here are some of the best people that I have done business with. Very professional.

  All I can say is rude. Everytime I come here to make a payment on something though the drive through they are absolutely rude. Ive dealt with this for almost 3 years.
