  Dan Williams of San Diego Lending Solutions found a great loan for me. I needed to refinance my house. He came to my home, learned what I was trying to accomplish (living in my home after retirement) and in a short while he had secured a 30 year, 3.25% fixed rate loan for me. Because I had very good credit I was hoping for a "decent rate" but the loan Dan secured for me was fantastic. I can now afford to retire in my home! I am so thankful for his excellent service.

  Dan and his crew are amazing. I've refinanced both of my houses with him at least four times a piece, and he always finds the best options for me at the right times. If it's not the right time or if it's not in my best interest financially, he'll tell me to wait - who does that in business these days? They're honest, have integrity, are diligent in their workflow, and have extremely fast response time when it comes to call back or return emails - something I hold in high regard. Dan has even helped me with other issues with taxes or insurance - something that isn't necessarily in his 'job description', but he does it because he's awesome. I've referred three of my colleagues to him, and I'll refer anybody that ask me about SD Lending Solutions!

I love that once I finished with the initial loan, it wasn't the end of the service that San Diego Lending Solutions provided.
