  The team at My Prime Home Loan were a tremendous help with my refinance! No matter when I called I was ALWAYS able to get assistance and I was always able to speak with a live person immediately. The process was quick and me and my husband were always updated on our loan status. I was even able to SKIP 2 PAYMENTS and they sent a notary to me to sign the documents! 10/10 would recommend!

  What a wonderful experience! I was so blessed to be able to have Anthony and Kevin handle my re-fi for me!   Danielle was amazing to talk to! She broke down every part of my loan with me and made it easy to understand. She also had amazing customer service which is definitely a plus.

  From the very beginning, my situation was very sticky and many other companies didn't even want to take the time to listen to want I wanted. MyPrimeHomeLoans dove deep into my situation without hesitation and even though it took an awful amount of time for my refinance to finish at the end it was all worth it. The most frustrating part of all of it was the waiting. Lots of patience, communication, and trust between the staff at MyPrimeHomeLoans and myself is what kept me hopeful. Bottom line, if I were to do it all over again or if a friend needed a recommendation, I would without hesitation refer them/recommend them to MyPrimeHomeLoans.

  UPDATE: After our initial review, we heard from Anthony (Vice President). He acknowledged our concerns, listened to our experience, and took ownership as a company. As the customer, I appreciate the effort and time he took with us. He gave us some clarity and offered the communication we’d been looking for. CAUTION: DO NOT allow this company anywhere near your loan process. Save yourself the time and money. We were referred to Kevin and his team in February. Initially everything was great! Then suddenly we wouldn’t hear from anyone unless we reached out, notices would come to our emails with no explanation, and there was zero transparency in fees they were charging (our closing costs would have been over $11k). At the end of April (almost 70 days later), Cecilia (our loan processor) not only said the rate her and Kevin quoted us in writing was no longer an option but we need to sign closing documents immediately as the higher rate was going to expire. When we voiced our concerns and included the Vice President of the company(Anthony), Cecilia yet again gave us numerous excuses and didn’t address any of our concerns or issues. Anthony and Kevin clearly don’t care about customer experience as we never heard from them. When we went with another lender, Cecilia and her team did not want to transfer the appraisal that we paid for to the new lender in a timely matter. They were the dark cloud that costed us a few thousand dollars, but more importantly our time which we will never get back. Check out other reviews on other platforms and see that our family was not the only ones who had this similar experience.

  Working with my Prime home loan was very satisfying they're very easy to work with they did everything for me they told me what I needed to do and they helped me along all the way I enjoyed working with them and they helped me out a great deal I recommend them very highly and all of the staff that I talk to and work with they were very professional and very friendly to get along with I really enjoyed the time that I spent with them and they helped me out a great deal I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.   I had the worst experience dealing with this company.They’re made so many promises but could not deliver any of . My first conversation with them they’re promised me my appraisal refund because they claimed that prime loan will pay to get an appraisal done so it will not come out my packet, well it came out of my pocket and so other promises deliver zero results.
