  My wife and I bought her a truck from Same’s in Bastrop in January. We were treated well by the sales people and my wife loves her truck. With one hitch, we were supposed to have the bed liner done and set an appointment. They called on first appointment, and delayed us. Long story short, we are still waiting on bedliner and have had many calls not returned by both service department and Sales Manager. Very poor service after they get you in the vehicle. Three months is ridiculous! Still waiting.

  5 stars only because 10 isn’t possible. Leila started working with me months ago and we just couldn’t get where I wanted on a truck (my fault). Came back to her with a new criteria and she had me in a new truck within a few hours. No headaches, no hassles, just impeccable customer service and personal attention to ensure my needs were met. Treated me the same three months ago as she did three days ago. Thanks Leila Chavez for taking such good care of me!

  We had a quick and easy truck buying experience. We had talked to the sales guy and let him know what we were looking for regarding preferred color, mileage, price, amenities, etc. When he would get something in, he let us know and would send a picture with general specifics. We were not in a huge hurry but within a week or two we had one that we decided to come see. It was even better than what we asked for. Even though it was "perfect" I was grateful they did not make us feel pressured to make the purchase right away. Knowing our busy schedule, they were on top of it making sure everything was convenient and easy for us. I felt we were treated very fair and I did not ever feel taken advantage of. They also made it very clear they were here for us, should we have any questions or problems. Every step really was a very smooth process. Very happy!

  Brought my truck in for a #8 glow plug code and a #6 misfire. After explaining to them that it blew the glow plug harness off, they came back and told me that the block is cracked and need a new motor. So I took it to a shop that I would trust to get a second opinion, which was in Ft Worth, and they replaced the glow plug and is running fine. Needless to say, I don’t know if I could ever trust their diesel service. And so far, they seem to be nonchalant about this whole deal. If a diesel tech is going to say to a customer that they need and engine over a glow plug, somethings wrong. Issue Resolved

  Dont let them work on your vehicle period. I let them work on my raptor several times. Everytime was a mistake. Body wise they managed to mess it up and mechanical wise. Sales guys are great. I have to refer to mine to get anywhere with my truck in the shop. Yall have my information. I've purchased 3 vehicles from yall I dont know what calling the main number will do when I have had complaints since December

  I cannot say enough great things about Craig Murphy and Chester Deshay. I have purchased 1 to 2 vehicles a year from this dealership. There service and genuine care for their customers is what keeps me coming back. Customer is not the right word, they treat you as family. This is why in 10 years I have not bought anywhere else.

  The salesman that helped me was magical no other dealers would give me the time of day but Shawn Benjamin Carroll got me into a brand new f 150 thank you Shawn and Sames bastrop Ford ,,you have my business for life.
