  I was thrilled working with Sam and his team. His process and systems made the loan process simple and intuitive and there was someone from his team helping each step of the way. We also got a great rate and were able to close in 21 days which is super fast considering the norm is around 45 days. Especially big shout out to Bob Smigla with Sam's team for stepping up and taking control when it was seeming like everything on the other side of the deal was going sideways. This team made it happen for my wife and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I definitely plan to use Sam, his team and Guaranteed Rate again on future deals.
