  Had a horrible experience with them. Went to look at a car 3 different times and was promised 3 different things by 3 different workers. The last time I was there the offer was pretty good so I was ready to sign the paperwork. But before we signed the paper there was another worker that said another thing regarding my payments and financing. When I said that I didn’t want to go through with it anymore they reverted back to their first option saying it was ok. This place was so sketchy I just wanted to leave. I’m glad I didn’t go through with it because I don’t want to have to hear different things from different workers.

  The services here were absolutely impeccable. I got treated like I was apart of a family, instead of feeling like it was some sort of fake corporate atmosphere. Unfortunately I can't remember the salesmans name who sold me my 2015 Chrysler 200, but he was SO nice, and so was everyone there. I've been car shopping at numerous locations along blackstone, and none of them even come close to being as amazing as Sams. I will definitely be coming back for my next car, as this Chrysler is treating me as well as the staff at Sams! Thank you guys again! Would recommend to all friends and family.

  I went to Sam's this week as a return customer. They had helped my ex husband get into a nice Equinox. His financing was tricky and they made it happen. I'm an Uber driver with no other income. It's tricky for us to get financing. I can still hardly believe that they made it happen. It took a few days but they tirelessly shopped banks and advocated for me. I drove off with a 2018 Pearl White Camry last night. They replaced two bald tires on it without hesitation. Thank you Eddie and Manuel.

  I'll say it once and I'll say it again. Don't get a car from here. We've had our car for 7months and it's been issue after issue after issue after the first 3weeks. We've paid almost three thousand already in repairs and just found out today it needs more. They pretend to be all about you but when I brought up the issues to them in the first 3weeks they couldn't find anything. Of course your own mechanics at sams couldnt find anything. It doesn't benefit you! Garbage, i dont know how this place is still open. Seruously dont buy from here.

  I had bought a 2005 Honda Accord exl. 2 months down the road transmission went out so I took it in. I also had some valuable in the trunk that I forget end about when I had it towed there with $$ out of my pocket. I was without a car for 2 weeks do to the fact that they didn't want to lend me a car for the inconvenience. While the car was being fixed. I went to go pick up my valuable in my accord but, nothing was there. They said there nothing they could do about it. I didn't want to waste anymore time with them. So instead of waiting for the car to get fixed I took out an 2012 altima 2.5s instead. car had some damages on side mirror and brakes were screeching but, car runs good. I told sales man by the name of Manuel if I could have all these dinks fixed ND I'll take the altima instead. He said okay they'll call me to schedule an appointment to get it done ND also detail my car interior bc it was quite dusty in there. so I signed the biggest mistake ever. It's been 5 months and never once have they called me. I've called them, text, email over a dozen time and the keep post ponding me. Telling me to talk to this guy that guy ND it goes round and round. Unprofessional, unorganized, corrupted, bad service, and everything about that lot is a lie. They get car from toe yards replace parts to make it run for few months and it will go down on you. I don't recommend anyone to go there. Even if it's your last resort . Over price their cars that will just break down on you. Not worth the time or investment. We live and we learn, I made a mistake going to this nose rediculous lot. never again will I go to such a place like this lot Sam's auto on abby&hammond. I rated 1 star if, there was negative I would rate this place -5. Wasted time, money, and lost my valuable which I had told them ahead of time to keep it safe for me. So, if your looking to buy a car. Don't go there! Investing a better place that will keep you happy. another thing I didn't mention. They never sent my insurance information to my banker. my car was almost taken away from me. Luckily they gave me a warning letter and I did everything myself.
