Showing Kindness1CONSUMERS: Save yourselves a headache by banking elsewhere. Service is always poor, information provided is nearly always wrong, typically extended waits (over phone and in branch). MANAGEMENT: The inconvenience and rudeness that I was put through to simply make a payment (which I was not allowed to do) is unacceptable. Tellers are slow, rude, chatty and unhelpful. Not wasting more time than I have already by getting into the details, but will suggest that you work with your staff to improve their customer service, as basic steps for being a professional consists of patience, ethics, and knowledge - to name a few. Unfortunately, a majority of your staff that I have watched while waiting, and have had the extreme displeasure of speaking with, display a complete lack of such. The 1 star reviews you continue to receive due to your "professionals/face of your company" is an utter embarrassment, and will eventually become your branches downfall if not corrected. Regards.

Fresno Lobos1Noble is the worst, greedy bank I have ever dealt with. I know many of you feel the same way. I wanted to let the rest of you see why to never use Noble. I am switching banks because of the rude customer service from Anastasia in downtown branch and the and ALL OF THE FEES they charge for any reason they can come up with. Also the assistant manager is so racist!!! I am currently seeking another bank to do business with. Please share this to help others avoid this horrific company.

Lorna Sanchez5I love my FCFCU but I do wish they would give you a line of credit to build or rebuild your credit so that way you can have a great history with them and use them as a reference. I mean start with a small limit and since we are customers you see our direct deposit history our pay check and plus you can have it setup to come out monthly from checking or savings. I think if we could have a plan to help us rather then going through another credit card company or loan place to help build credit it, it would be way better. I trust my bank before a big name company. There local and know you by name.

Anthony Levato5I'm giving it 5 stars this is something I was always trying to tell Google that they were moving and the address was wrong it says it on one of the pictures I posted if they're moving on the 26th. But I'm glad it's a good credit union I really like the people that used to work there I hope the same people will be there and thanks everyone for helping me figure this out LOL. The new pictures will be here soon

Shawn Beam2This branch is not ADA compliant, no handicap parking anywhere close to the front doors. Metered street parking is determined by City officials, however Noble must be aware of the consequences of denying accessibility to the disabled.

Jason Sandoval1I rate the place for doing its job holding your money but be careful what you ask or comment or where you look cause the branch manager is an expert on sexual harrasment and harasment in general and the employees are so dam sensitivity boo hoo customer service sucks and slow
