  Couldn't recommend Sam more highly. He's top tier in my book for loan officers and people.   Working with Sam was amazing! Being first time home buyers we had lots of questions. Sam made sure we were able to get all the information we needed. It was amazing working with someone who was able to get us through this process quickly, and without any issues. 10/10 would recommend

  Sam was there when we first got our house and reached out to us when the interest rates dropped to help us save almost $200 a month. He is very honest and open about the entire process. If you want someone that has your best interest in mind go with Sam. He understands how taking care of his clients is how you get return business. I wouldn't go with anyone else and once you work with him you won't either

  Sam was great to work with! He made himself available any time I had a question (which was frequent). He's extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me a great rate! He was there throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with everything going on. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

  My wife and I walked into a home that wasn’t even on our list of open houses to go and walk through. Sam approached me and we got to talking about APR rates. We were approved by another company for a VA loan with a good rate. Sam talked about how he could beat that rate. A couple days later I gave Sam a call and sure enough after the paperwork he beat the rate. After a few attempts on homes we finally found one that was perfect. The snag we ran into was we had to buy the home all paperwork finished in just a little over 3 weeks. Sam delivered without any hiccups. We bought the home and moved in the next day. Couldn’t have asked for any better of service. They definitely made us feel like a whole family experience.

  I cannot recommend these professionals enough!! Sam and his team made our first time home buying experience the best it could possibly be! He was communicative, personable, quick to respond, and a professional through and through. Sam got us a phenomenal rate and worked quickly to lock it down. Kenzie and Dalton were also right there if we had any questions or wanted more information. Each and every member of this team went the extra mile for us and if we are ever to go through this process again, there is no doubt who we want on our side. Thanks to all of you wonderful people!
