My client originally had a lender, but he later said he wouldn’t be able to process her loan, and even if he could, he’d need more than 30 days despite what he said during the pre-approval stage. We talked with Sam with less than 30 days left and he got it done smoothly, efficiently, at a better rate than the original lender, AND in less than 30 days! As a realtor, I couldn’t be happier.
