  If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally THE WORST company I have ever dealt with! They charge for forbearances and limit it to only 12 months. So I am a stay at home mom with no income whatsoever and they refuse to help me in anyway! I always have problems with their customer service reps as well. This list goes on and on. Please do yourself a favor a CHOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

  Sallie Mae is a money hungry, impersonal business. Customer service is rude, they charge for forbearances. This business is not helpful nor friendly. I'd suggest finding help somewhere else.

  Money hungry.. they take trips to Maui while Americans are struggling they will harass you and your family members just to get small amount of money out of you !

  I have a credit rating of 800 but told I still need a cosigner...what a joke... Not using these guys.
