  Citi app said you could take cash from this ATM , and it didn’t work , better go to a Target (all point ATM)

  Wow. I will never get a loan or do any kind of business with Salal Credit Union ever again. I inherited them when they bought Group Health - who was awesome. I paid off my car more than 4 years ago - I was never sent my title/release of liability/payment in full letter or any other documentation that I now own the car outright, I didn’t realize this until I tried to sell my car and realized I don’t have the title. To my surprise the DMV still showed Salal as a lien holder, when I called Salal Credit Union, they passed me around several times, couldn’t find any answers or explanation as to why I’ve never been sent documentation naming me as the legal owner and said they would immediately put the docs in the mail (mind you NOTHING happens “immediately” at Salal, I had to call several times and follow up with them to even get this far), in typical Salal fashion, I am now going on three weeks - no title. I called and apparently my title was not sent out immediately, even after it being 4 YEARS LATE, it still wasn’t sent out. I’ve had to pull my ads to sell my car, pay car insurance and a parking space for an extra month because of Salal’s neglect and lack of professionalism. If I didn’t know any better, I would think this is some kind of scam, what if I died? Would Salal own my car? Ridiculous, this kind of neglect should be illegal.

  It'll be Ludacris to ever expect even a decent amount of customer support from this branch location. I attempted to drop off a check and was informed that I could only do it at their tukwila branch. As a small business owner, I was absolutely stunned. After watching mere moments before, watching another individual do the exact same transaction. I love the idea of credit unions, I'm a member of three of them. But these guys, I mean wow. Just absurd.

  Salal is the worst bank I've ever used. I've literally called them a dozen different time trying to get them to cancel a card of mine that was lost and every time they would give me some runaround anf never cancel the card or issue me a new one. Even after I was having money taken from my account by some unknown person they still told me they couldn't do anything about canceling my card and that I had to file a claim in order for them to simply cancel the card and send me a new one. Even after doing all that I still have no card and someone is using my card and putting me in a negative balance.. this credit union it literally the worst bank I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!

  It's great having a financial institution where the staff take the time to get to know you and address you by name. The Bellevue branch is the nicest of all the Salal locations and even though it's farther for me to get to, itsi worth the drive/time whenever I need to do my banking.
