  I am deaf and I spoke to shanitra and she was very kind and patient . She had the willingness to write down everything due to wearing masks and broke everything down to the T. I’ve asked million of questions and she answered them by writing them down. Very appreciative of her.

  I love the customer service. However, they are loan Sharks. They don’t help you. They only care about their money. Not you. After they provide their incredibly high interest rate loan that’s all the help you get. I hope you liked it. They won’t help with a payment arrangement not even once. They won’t work with you. They can care less. Unless you can pay them back immediately don’t go to them or you will be stuck. There are plenty of other places that are actually helpful with their loans along the way. This isn’t one of them. Steer clear! You’ve been warned.
