Brian Dean1Very disturbing bank, i understand misfortunes happen and they have protection in place for that, but to take someone's whole paycheck due to overdraft fee and not care about there members who may be struggling due to covid. When called to speak to someone about fixing it and explaining what happened was told there is nothing that can be done. I have been a member here for almost 10 years and within the last 2 months randomly being charged over $600 in overdraft fees is a little much.

Elizabeth Allen5They are always very busy, long lines. They usually move fast and have several tellers on weekends. I wish they would stop calling me 3 times a day for potentially fraudulent purchases. Its 2017, people shop online! I got my first auto loan here. The whole process went smooth and got a much better interest rate than anyone else was offering. Credit unions in general safe you money and treat you better.

I know things have cahnged due to Covid 19, but seriously you guys couldnt designate a line for just deposits or withdrawals...my lucky self must have gotten in a line full of people opening loans or something, because ive been in this lune over an hr, while the one beside me is moving efficiently!!!!! Suggestion! Mark off a place for deposit and withdrawals only! STILL WAITING

Angel Maid Cleaning Company1BANKERS BEWARE THIS BANK HAS MAJOR FAULTS I recently used the outside atm at the oswego branch. I put $225.00 into the atm. During the process the screen went blank. I was not issued a receipt. when the computer system came back up I re inserted my atm card to check my balance, my balance did not reflect the amount of my deposit. There was no service number on the atm to call or I would have not pulled off. Their was a man behind me in the line so I wrote down his info as well. The next morning I went to the bank and I waited in the lobby until I had the opportunity to speak with Celestine Johnson. Johnson called the teller who takes money out of the atm and she confirmed that there had been a issue with the money. She stated it had been $80 extra in the atm money......okay so why didn't she credit it to my account. after speaking with me she told me the matter would be handled by the branch manager after a third party came to check the atm because the bank has no access to it. The atm people claimed there was no extra money in the atm. So a week later I checked my balance and no monies had been credited to my account. I called the branch manager since I was away on a business trip to let him know that my account had not reflected my balance. Suddenly by the next morning 80 was deposited into my account. Where is the rest of my money that I deposited $145 still did not reflect and the bank claims to not know. (cameras would help if they viewed them) Their is no such thing as customer service at this bank. I don't know if its because this is a local bank or what but they are very unprofessional and I am still in need of the rest of my money 145.00 I don't recommend this bank to anyone because they don't have the decency to address their faults! I am wondering what steps to take next and I will be contacting the bank president! Disturbed account holder at safe federal credit union! Mandie Brunson
