  After 12 minutes of being told how important my call is I hung up. Kind of ridiculous. Day 3 of a local business check deposit being on hold.

  Never had a bank that I couldn’t get ahold of someone at my home branch until now. You can call and call but the systems gives you the run around and makes it almost impossible to speak to someone at the branch you want. You literally have to speak to someone in a different department just to have them transfer you to the bank.

  My STAR bank. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the place to bank. They take time to explain things you may not understand, help you choose the best options. Great rates. Easy loan process. If you are not where you need/like to be financially, they will guide you in the right direction to help you. Love this bank. The TEEN checking account is awesome as well, my daughter loves how easy she can access her money and use her app to keep track. (I've learned alot about banking/loans/credit right through Allsouth employees, which has helped me tremendously. Great security, great staff, GREAT BANKING! Wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. $$TeamALLSOUTH$$

  Had a great experience here today when I needed help with my account! I really want to thank Nicole for being so patient and taking the time to really explain everything to me! This branch has the absolute best customer service and i'm very grateful for the their help with all my banking needs!!!

  Making principle only payments only to find out they weren't being applied to principle, but to future payments. When I decided to be done with them and pay loan off early, they took my payoff and applied a portion of it to this months and next months payment. Customer service talks like they want to help, but only offer excuses and financial double-talk. Bush-league operation.

  Called today and got this rude repersentive that had sound very stuck up and sick of her job/fat,I had a simple question and got irritated due to this would be the 3rd or 4th time having an issue with this bank instead of having any sympathy or what not she decided to compare me to all the other card holders stating that we don't read the disclosure before continuing with a process. I do understand most people don't read all those disclosure but being nasty isn't apart of your job sweetheart if you can't deal with people having issues with their bank accounts it is time for you to move on.

  Signed in to open business account and waited 20 minutes, before anyone acknowledged me sitting there. This is not the bank to use for homebased businesses that also accept online payments.

  Nothing but problems since day one, 18 months later during a crisis, I can't get money for a job being done tomorrow for my non-profit. Final straw, to SAFE I go.

  Pros: Quick service. Inexpensive checking options. Cons: short hours, no coin counter.
