      I have been banking with Safe quite some time and have been very satisfied with my banking needs and service. I would like to bring to attention an incident that happened. This past Friday I deposited a check at this location at the window and also requested some cash back from that check. However, when I received my receipt I noticed that the teller shorted $100 that should have been deposited. It wasn’t in my cash either, it just wasn’t accounted for. Luckily, I always review my transactions. She was polite and helpful in correcting the error but this is a large sum and had I not paid attention I could have been at a loss or stuck making another trip to the bank and pleading my case.

      Made my 1st payment in the West Columbia Branch location. I was having a "moment" there as I'm so use to doing things online, but the teller was able to handle my transaction with ease. Thanks for providing a wonderful service . . .

      I would highly recommend this Safe location. I always receive a friendly greeting as soon as I walk in the door from both the member service representative up front and tellers every time I visit this location.The tellers are very friendly, efficient, professional and pleasant.The customer service here is superior, personal, and excellent.They treat me like family. It's always a pleasure visting this location.

      Very difficult to do ANYTHING with this bank. ATM machines frequently down, insane holds to speak to member service. It is an extreme pain to bank here. Employees have zero pep in their step and the broken ATMs are extremely frustrating

      Drove here all the way from Charleston since they don't have a branch there and their mobile app is subpar. And its closed on a saturday when they say they are open.
