  I will never ever go. There again I registered my car Oct 9 I have not received my title or plates I have not been able to drive my car since 1-22 i contacted them on the phone in December and January I went in person as of today I still don't have my license plates I asked to be paid for January until today 5-22 ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I'm still without plates waiti

  I came in to pay my water bill I handed the lady my bill from my account number I gave her $176 she gave me a receipt I walked out three weeks later my water gets turned off I can’t find a little receipt they gave me they say they cannot look me up by my account number on my name my bill was never paid they robbed me they took my money and now I’m stuck with no water

  We can always look up a recipe of you have the date you paid it . Always we do not have the capability of looking up account nbers or payment but we do keep copies of every bill paid. I would just need the date you paid it

  I been to this place 2 times recently. Both the first time I was in n out pretty quickly. The second time I was served by a woman but she didn't barely pay any attention to me she was doing other things while serving me n yelling at the entire staff very rudely. She took a very long time just for a simple MoneyGram

  Patronize at your discretion. They do business based on their discretion. I tried to use a state issue FOID card to get a notary notarized and was told that they needed a state issued driver's license or ID to do the notary. Right above my FOID card it says state of Illinois. Sooooo..... Not only that I waited in line for more than 15 minutes and they were moving slowly and it seemed to be purposely. Edited because of the owner's response I read some of the reviews and I'm standing on what I posted. Hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. They have banks and other places that do notary, and they're much more pleasant to do business with 😊

  WE DO NET SET NOTARY REGULATIONS , THE STATE OF ILLINOIS DOES , THEY WONT LET US USE ANYTHING ACCEPT STATE ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE. I APPOLIGIZE FOR YOUR WAIT BUT WE WOULD NEVER MOVE SLOW ON PURPOSE JUST TO MAKE SOMEONE WAIT . DOESNT MAKE SENSE AT ALL TO ME TROY SANDLIN OWNER

  at 50 years old, ive had alot of plate and title work done here. they are family owned and stay very busy for decades for a reason, the services they offer are great and the fees are worth any best case scenario at the DMV. i will always recommend them. like family. AAAAA+++++ DJ

  The men and women who work at this establishment are incredibly unprofessional and undeniably rude. They have no respect for their mail carriers who play an important role in their business. It's no surprise to find that the negative reviews on Google are from people of color as this locally owned business exudes a bigoted vibe. It's disappointing when you want to support your city's local business, hoping to experience that "small town local charm" but this place won't give you the satisfaction of being proud to boost your city's economy and support your fellow Peorians, no "charm" will be found here. Your better off visiting the DMV or any other title service who practices kindness and believes in professionalism.

  The person complaining here is a one time one stop mail carrier , that was not happy with an employee saying wait wait wait we have outgoing mail , as she dropped the incoming mail and didnt ask if we had any outgoing mail....i am sorry that you had to wait a sec for us to give you the outgoing mail. our normal carrier knows the location and gets the mail herself and we have always had a great relationship with our mail carrie. I think a government employee using racial remarks in her review of our business when she was not even a customer is just wrong. i have also reported this review to the usps
