  Ready to move back to the area after living in the Pacific Northwest for several years, my husband and I had been looking for a special property in San Clemente for a while.   In September of 2020, my wife and I made the decision to move from our home of 35 years in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego to San Clemente. We wanted to be closer to our children and grandchildren. The real estate agents representing the sale of our place in San Diego suggested we allow them to find an agent to represent our interests in San Clemente. They referred us to Ryan who turned out to be, in our opinion, the best person we could have hired to help us in our search. Our needs had to be considered making the task a little more difficult. Elderly, vision impaired made the task a bit more difficult to find a floor plan which would be safe to navigate. Due to low inventory and the pandemic, the search went on for 10 months. Throughout the entire time, Ryan continually assured us the market would change and we would experience an uptick in home sales soon. He kept in frequent contact providing us with prospective houses he felt suitable for our needs. Although the search lasted much longer than either of us expected, we never felt Ryan was not in hot pursuit of our new home. His personality, expertise and knowledge of the industry, in our opinion, is why we now live in San Clement. We are grateful and thankful to him for making our transition such a rewarding experience.
