      As all lol ways the bank employees were helpful and made sure my transaction was complete and answered any of my questions I had before I left. They always make sure you leave feeling satisfied with your visit like you got what you went there to do and then some. Thank you guys for always making my visit a positive experience.

      Best bank, best customer service. They are a small branch but both Crystal, the manager and one of my best friends Shawn have been great people to deal with for the last 3 years. I am very happy. It's a business account and the security of the site, the customer service is tops. I recommend US Bank , and particularly this branch if you live in the area.

      MELISSA opened a whole new credit card account WITHOUT my consent. RAN my credit and everything. This activity is EXTREMELY unprofessional and pretty sure running someone's credit without their consent is illegal.

      Not so good, I could not take out $3000.00 cash out of my account. They wanted me to take out $2000 and drive to another branch and take out another $1000. I also tried to order $$ for the next day; nope. They take my $$$, but not so good at giving it back.

      nothing but helpful wonderful people if there was an option to give them 10 Stars I would give them an 11 nothing but great customer service as well would recommend to anybody this is how I bank branch should run
