  Ryan worked with my family in initially educating us on the loan process. During preapproval, he walked us through each step of approval process and how closing costs and other fees are determined. We were first time homebuyers and buying through the pandemic -- a very complicated process that involved much more paperwork and verification that typical. Ryan's underwriting (and Rene's) prepared our application, got us approved, and locked us into a very competitive rate. From start to finish, Ryan and Rene were incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and communicative. Couldn't have asked for better support through the process!
