  I rode past this place every day going to and from work. I loved the look of these townhomes so much. I inquired online, Karen was quick to respond and Keith did a great job showing the model home. Great team. Obviously buying a home can be stressful, but they were able to walk me through step by step. Which made things MUCH easier for me. Thank you so much to Keith and Karen at Ryan homes for helping me with the building and purchase of mine and my wife’s dream home.

  Beautiful well built homes that are affordable! I wish they would put a few ranchers in for their older future customers that Can’t walk up and down steps to good ! But I'm sure a lot of younger folks might like just a rancher

  Karen gave me a call the beginning of last month to see if we were still interested in purchasing one of the homes. I said we were not because we were going through a crazy time and I didn’t think we would get approved. She did not give up on us and asked could she just check and I said sure. She called me and said our credit was way better than what we thought. She introduced us to Chris and he was able to tell us what to do to boost our credit. Things have been going great and I definitely would recommend her. She’s amazing!!!!
