  Ryan and his team were excellent from day one, but in the eleventh hour when disaster struck, Ryan personally stepped up and saved the day. It was the last day of the month, and a Friday afternoon to boot, but he still showed up BIG. Many many many thanks for calling in a favor (or 3) and coming to the rescue. My clients were able to keep their schedule and move in as planned, and all is good now! Nothing but great things to say about this group!

  Well, this will be a long one… To say that the Ryan Grubbs Team is your average run of the mill mortgage company is a joke, and VERY laughable! This team is the best in the game! Being first time home buyers it felt like getting hit by a wave of information from all direction. But, the team at Ryan Grubbs couldn’t have been more supportive, understanding and most importantly caring. We can’t say enough good things about Lindsey and how she handled our mortgage from start to finish. She was there day, night or anxiety attack to talk us thru the process and help us at every turn. Lindsey is a problem solver, a go-getter and just all around super caring individual. Lindsey showed up for our closing with flowers in tow to meet us, hug us and congratulate us on our new home. That meant the world to us, knowing it wasn’t just some random person putting on a show on the other end of a phone or email chain. This team is made up of people. Genuine people that care for their clients and lookout for them thru the whole process. We want to thank everyone at the Ryan Grubbs Mortgage Team for a smooth mortgage process.   Highly professional in communication and updates of the entire loan process. Shannon is one of the best loan manager that I have interacted in my career.
