  We worked with the firm for about a year. We liked Ashley who was helping us out but unfortunately she left and then we worked with John Blais who was rude and arrogant on the phone. Did I mention condescending? We were discussing some journal entries Ashley had made and he said "we number ours, can you read the number", I did read the number and he still denied it was made so he lied to boot. We no longer will take our business to this firm and now I understand why Ashley left! I wouldn't use them for anything!

  Ursula, we appreciate that you took the time to provide us with feedback. While we do not agree with the facts and circumstances of our relationship with your company as you presented them we do apologize that you feel your interaction with the firm was less than positive. While we strive to provide a positive and helpful experience to all of our clients we sometimes fall short. However, we also believe a good client relationship is a two way street and we had numerous difficulties with our relationship with your company from the very beginning including the expectation of providing finalized documents and services before payment. Also, as an accounting firm there are times where we must present to you in an honest and straightforward manner issues we see occurring in your firm's day to day processing of transactions in your general ledger. Sometimes this information is difficult for clients to hear but it is our obligation to point out the occurrence of errors in one's general ledger when we come across them. We apologize if the transmission of these facts came across as rude or arrogant, that was certainly not our intent. We strive to deliver this information in a helpful manner and provide services to help you correct the erroneous transactions that have occurred, but we also expect payment for the services that we provide. Our experience has shown us that not every client is right for our firm and vice versa. We thank you for working with us over the past year, we agree that for a multitude of reasons a professional relationship between our respective firms is not an ideal fit.
