  From start to finish the process was painless and streamlined. Russel was incredibly communicative and always available for questions. Russel and everyone on the team went out of their way to move out closing date up and save us money. As far buying a home goes this was as easy and quick as it gets.

  Working with Russ was SIMPLE and easy, much better than working with the larger institutions which can be complex and difficult to get a timely response. Russ is extremely responsive and very professional. I have recommended Russ to friends and family. In full disclosure, the only negative (if you want to call it a negative) would be that the system has auto generated emails, so even if you have completed all action items, there could be confusion that action is still needed, but again, Russ was VERY quick to respond to my communications that no further action was required. HIGHLY recommend working with Russ and team. It was seamless!

  Russel and Laura at Liberty Home Mortgage were friendly and helpful. Once the refinance got moving, it went quickly. If I had a question it was answered quickly. Most everything was completed via email, docusign, and phone. When it was time to close the notary came to my house (masked) at the time that worked for me. I got a great rate. Would recommend and use again.

  Russel was extremely professional and responsive. We had to close in a short period of time and they got us over that line. I opted away from the big banks as the loan gets lost in the process. The big banks get you to the finish line, but not as fast as Russell and his team was able to.
