      Overall buying a car here was a decent experience. However, I was told my car was being cleaned and detailed, and when I got in the car to drive away I noticed three large, black streaks on the tan ceiling that had not been there when I test drove the vehicle. Apparently their detailers are not very detailed at all. It was taken to the back to remove the stains (what looked like black grease), and when it came back there are still spots on the ceiling. Not to mention the obvious dust on the dashboard and water marks/streaks on the screens and plastic panels. It was extremely disappointing, especially after being told "it will come out looking brand new." Don't let this stop you from purchasing a car at this dealership, but I would certainly double check your car's cleanliness before driving off the lot.

      I was referred to Kumasi Allen to purchase a vehicle. My credit score wasn't the greatest but Mr Allen worked with what I had with so much class, respect, and concern for not only getting me in a vehicle but a vehicle that I could afford and gave me great advise on how to build my credit! He took his time and didn't rush the process. Which showed me that they genuinely care about getting you in a car that makes sense for the individual person! I absolutely recommend that anyone that needs a new/used vehicle that you go see Kumasi Allen and Steven Garner (The Closer) lol was amazing as well and showed great concern about payment options that will suit your needs! The whole staff is amazing! Great job guys/gals!!

      The sales person I had was Emmanuel. He did a great job with finding a car in my budget. He worked with me, gave me nice options to choose from made sure I was good in my new vehicle before leaving the dealership.

      The staff was prompt, professional, and courteous. The service department did what I asked them to do. My only comment is that online, the cost of renting a car while my car was being serviced was quoted as 35.00. When I got to the dealership, it was 10.00 more. There was an 'environmental fee tacked on.

      I should have listened to the horrible reviews that are all over the web about this place. Having ignored them thinking it was just an oil change, I booked an appointment for a couple days out, first thing in the AM (bringing in my own oil and filter since they quoted me $15.XX to do the oil chsnge). I show up, say that I'm hear for my oil change that I scheduled. He responds with, "not for that thing". He tells me I booked it online and they can't do trucks" (this is just a 2002 dodge ram. NOT a dually, or longbox). I explain that I booked it over the phone with a nice young lady, and did not book it online. I'm met with, "I'm Sorry theirs nothing I can do"... nothing you can do!? You're a new car dealership. How do you not have a 2 ton hoist? I Recommended that they address this "online scheduling company" that they use should know not to book trucks then, but he shrugged it off. I. Going to call and talk to the GM later today to inform him of what's going on, because I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to... I'll never go back.

      Not a good place. Set an appointment to see a car, coming from over an hour away. Tell me it's in stock but don't tell me till I'm there that it has all these problems, cracked windshield, flat tire, non working windows or tail lights, and is not legal to drive off the lot. This is after having me sit there for 20 minutes to finally tell me this and then trying to get me to finance a new car. Not what I wanted or came for. Place is a joke.

      We have bought 4 cars and each time we go there they take great care of us, would highly recommend them to anyone. Mike Duda is one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with, please ask for him if you go in. Great dealership to buy a KIA..... Now it’s 5 and you will not find a better dealership to buy your car.

      DJ was our sales rep and he was very helpful, informative, and quite frankly alot of fun. You know when youre buying a car youre not just buying the car, youre investing 5 hours of your life. DJ and Steve (Finance Man) made this a very enjoyable and fun experience. This is our 2nd Russ Darrow car. There will be a 3rd.
